Frazer Hines has been announced as the first guest for the Long Island Doctor Who Convention which takes place on the weekend of November 8,9 and 10. Frazer Hines is a wonderful guest and tells a lot of great stories about Patrick Troughton and the Second Doctor era of Doctor Who.
