Were going to get a ton of these from now until there is an official BBC announcement on the casting or details about the 50th anniversary for Doctor Who. So until we do it take it with a grain of salt. But I do like the answer David Tennant gave about the 50th when asked in an interview by Moviejuice. Take it for what it is and speculate all you want.
